Welcome to The Human Mindset. By booking or using any service on this website, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before purchasing or attending any coaching sessions.
1. About The Human Mindset
The Human Mindset provides psychology-informed coaching, focusing on self-awareness, behaviour patterns, identity, mindset growth, emotional understanding, and culturally informed personal development.
2. Eligibility
To use coaching services, you must:
Be 18 years or older (13 to 17 years supervised with parents)
Not be in immediate crisis or experiencing active suicidal thoughts
Understand that coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment
Provide accurate information when booking sessions
If at any time it becomes clear that you need clinical mental health support, you may be referred to a GP or qualified therapist.
3. Nature of Services (What Coaching Is / Is Not)
Coaching IS:
Psychology-informed guidance
Self-awareness development
Behaviour pattern exploration
Personal growth and empowerment
Cultural identity and emotional understanding work
Coaching is NOT:
Mental health treatment
Diagnosis
Crisis intervention
A replacement for counselling, psychiatry, or medical care
4. Payments & Fees
All payment details will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made before each session
Fees may be updated occasionally; updated fees will not affect sessions already booked.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
By booking a session, you agree to the cancellation policy:
5.1 Cancellation Notice
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time with no fee.
5.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session non refundable.
5.3 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a session without notice will be charged the full session fee.
6. Refunds
No refunds are offered for completed coaching sessions.
If the coach must cancel due to illness/emergency, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Confidentiality
Everything discussed in sessions remains confidential unless:
You disclose risk of harm to yourself or others
There is suspicion of harm toward a child or vulnerable adult
Disclosure is required by law
In these situations, appropriate safeguarding action will be taken.
Your personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
8. Client Responsibilities
By using The Human Mindset services, you agree to:
Attend sessions on time
Be honest and respectful
Engage actively in the coaching process
Use coaching tools ethically and responsibly
Seek clinical help if advised or needed
Coaching works best when you are committed to your own growth.
9. Coach Responsibilities
The Human Mindset is committed to:
Providing a safe, respectful, non-judgmental environment
Supporting your goals and wellbeing
Maintaining professional boundaries
Acting within coaching ethics and limitations
Referring you to clinical support when necessary
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including worksheets, tools, videos, and written materials — is the property of The Human Mindset and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Human Mindset is not liable for:
Decisions you make based on coaching
Emotional distress or issues requiring clinical intervention
Losses or damages resulting from misuse of services
You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing and actions.
12. Termination of Services
The coach reserves the right to end services if:
Boundaries are not respected
A client requires clinical or emergency support
A client is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate
The coaching relationship is no longer beneficial
Any unused package sessions may be refunded or transferred depending on the circumstance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

15. Complaints Policy
At The Human Mindset, I take professionalism, ethics, and your experience seriously. If you are ever unhappy with any part of the service, you have the right to raise a concern or make a formal complaint.
